Mission and Vision Statements

Our Vision:

To be a strong and vibrant community, enabling parishioners to live the fullness of the Orthodox Faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ, "as servants of Christ and stewards of the Mysteries of God" (I Cor. 4:1).

Our Mission:

To teach, assist and provide the environment for stewards to live the message of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in their daily lives through worship, witness, outreach, stewardship, service, education and fellowship.

Iconography Progress - 03/02/2021

Beloved Brothers and Sisters,

Christ is in our midst!

We are thrilled to display the progress our St. Nicholas Church has made in the past 3 years of the Iconography Project.  Our Iconographer, Mr. Borislav Zivkovic, has been hard at work preaching the Gospel of Christ in full color on our walls.  Please enjoy the photo gallery as we continue our project.  God-willing, the walls will be complete by the end of this month.  The next phase will be the medallions of saints on the "baffles", that area between the wall and ceiling.  We are looking for this phase to be completed this summer.

We thank God for all of you who are participating in our project--we could not do this without you!

In Christ's Love,

Father Chris and the Parish Council
