Pan Orthodox Picnic 2011 We held our pan Orthodox picnic on September 18 this year, and a good time was had by all! There was music, as always, and Sasha Ressitar came to play his Balalaika, and play it he did!
Sasha kicked it up a notch and brought everyone out on the dance floor for "Somewhere My Love"
Let me tell you Orthodoxy is alive and well in Central Pennsylvania! Just take a look at some (just some) of the priests who attended!
And food! Did I say this was Pan-Orthodox? That means everything from pierogies to pastitsio, with hamburgers in between! Everybody was springing for the food, and that kept our food ticket sellers busy!
If you missed this, you really missed something! Better put it on the calendar for next year! |
